Deliveries will be fulfilled by Tough Jentle for NCR and JRS for provincial.

  1. While the Shiseido Philippines Online warehouse team follows a strict quality control procedure, all items sold in the Shiseido Philippines Online are covered by the standard 7-day return policy.
  2. Only damaged and wrong delivered items will be accepted.
  3. Customer is required to report the damaged or wrong delivered items within 24 hours upon receipt.
  4. Photo of the items and receipt should be emailed to beautyconcierge@shiseido.com.ph.
  5. Once verified, the Shiseido Philippines Online team will arrange the item pick-up from the customer address back to the warehouse.
  6. The customer will receive a delivery notice of the replacement item within the 7-day period.
  7. Only in the event that a damaged or expiry item was delivered to the customer that a REFUND will be processed. Approval and payment refund processing takes 3-4 weeks.
